Privacy policy

You sign in to "Save-This" with your Google account. The app asks Google for one permission, the drive.file scope: it can see, create and change only the files it creates in your Drive, in a folder named Save-This-App (do not share with anyone). It never sees your other files.

The app uses this access only to keep your saves: each one holds the link, the page's title and a short piece of its text, your tags and comment, and a picture.

Your saves stay in your Drive, where Google keeps them under its own terms. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, there are no analytics, and no person reads your saves.

"Save-This"'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The extension's use of that information also follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

On each computer and phone where you sign in, the app keeps:

• A copy of your saves, so they open quickly.
• Your Google account's email address, as a hint that signs you in with the right account.
• Your display settings.

• Sign out in the app to delete the copy on that device.
• Remove the app's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
• Delete the Save-This-App (do not share with anyone) folder in your Google Drive to delete your saves. Drive keeps deleted files in its trash for 30 days; empty the trash to remove them at once.

"Save-This" is not meant for children under 13.

If the way "Save-This" handles your data changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
